We started out with a six station manual press until we outgrew ourselves and had no choice but to upgrade our services. We are now capable of screen printng 10,000 pieces per day and have three locations around the United States to save on shipping costs and time to your location.
- Standard Screen Printing: This is the style of printing you have seen for years. This is done with opaque vibrant plastisol inks. Unless specified this is the standard style printing.
- Vintage Inks: vintage inks are extremely soft inks that looks like you have been wearing them for years. This is done with ink thinner additives which gives the design a vintage worn look and feel. Strongly recommended when printing on the collar.
- Discharge Printing: Discharge printing is when we literally dye your design into the shirt giving you a super soft feeling print. This process is similar to Vintage but gives it a more vibrant effect.
- Oversize Screen Printing: Oversize printing means we print your design Huge! Our oversize presses can print artwork up to 19" X 23" *print capacity depends on the size of the garment..
- Multi Color Process: Multi color process is a print that by different tones and gradients we are able to create photo realistic
image on your garment.
