Scrappy Shirts Returns Policy:

If you purchase a Scrappy shirt and there is something physically wrong with it, we will be more than happy to refund your money and exchange it for another shirt. The item must be returned within 45 days of the purchase (minus shipping and handling). The item must be unworn and unwashed.

Band Shirts:

All sales are final and cancellations are not permitted once the sale has been made.

Scrappy does not pick up the initial cost for shipping back to us.  However, will refund your money if proven to be at fault.

Shipping Policies:

Currently we ship to 48 states in the United States, sorry Hawaii and Alaska. It may take 7-15 business days to receive your order due to the heavy volume of sales, but most of the time we are on the ball and delivery is prompt.

As of right now we do not offer international shipping. We are not trying to exclude the rest of the world; we just have not filled out the appropriate paperwork.

Without this license, Scrappy Music would be unable to provide the Scrappy Music Web Site. For example, without the right to modify Content,Scrappy Music would not be able to compress music files that Members submit or format Content to satisfy technical requirements, and without the right to publicly perform Member Content, Scrappy Music could not allow Users to listen to music posted by Members. The license you grant to Scrappy Music is non-exclusive, fully-paid and royalty-free, sub-licensable, and worldwide. This license will terminate at the time you remove your Content from Scrappy Music. The license does not grant Scrappy Music the right to sell your Content, nor does the license grant Scrappy Music the right to distribute your Content outside of Scrappy Music.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you own the Content posted by you on or through Scrappy Music or otherwise have the right to grant thelicense set forth in this section, and (ii) the posting of your Content on or through Scrappy Music does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person. You agree to pay for all royalties, fees, and any other monies owing any person by reason of any Content posted by you to or through Scrappy Music.
